Terms & Conditions
The operating terms for trips, bookings and guiding services provided by Element Adventures.
Booking Terms
Trips are confirmed once a deposit is received and Element Adventures has issued a written confirmation. Full participant details (name, date of birth, contact, relevant experience) are required to finalise the reservation. Detailed booking terms will be finalised in the published legal copy.
Payment Terms
A deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due ahead of the trip start date as specified in the booking confirmation. Payments are processed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Detailed payment schedule will be finalised in the published legal copy.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation fees scale with proximity to the trip start date. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and cancellation insurance. Detailed cancellation tiers will be finalised in the published legal copy.
Weather & Safety
Element Adventures operates in mountain, water and wind environments. Guides may modify, relocate or cancel any activity at any time based on weather, snowpack, water level, terrain or group condition. Safety decisions are final and not negotiable.
Liability & Insurance
Outdoor adventure sports carry inherent risk. Participants are required to hold valid travel, medical and activity-appropriate insurance covering mountain rescue and repatriation where relevant. Element Adventures' liability is limited as set out in the final published terms.
